High Rise Building

These recommendations are based on Chapter 6 of Annex 14 of ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) and FAA:-

Red obstruction light for night marking

Low Intensity Lights, Type 'A/B' are used for the structure with 45 meters of height or less. Medium intensity Light, Type 'B/C' on the top for buildings higher than 45 meters.

White obstruction light for day and night marking

The marking may be omitted when the obstacle is lighted by medium-intensity obstacle lights, Type A, its height above the level of the surrounding ground does not exceed 150 meters and High Intensity Lights used for the structures are very tall.
